The Rats Flee…

A few weeks ago…the Charlie-Xavier family fled the house where they had been barely living, and where they had been stealing rent payments and housing expenses from the owners for over a year, driven by fear.

Denell Alaska Xavier and her daughter escaped the house at midday by plane, while her husband stayed behind, waiting for the cover of night to discreetly flee in his vehicle.

He loaded the car with personal belongings and stole several items from the house. He waited until 12:00 a.m. to begin his journey, hoping to go unnoticed on the road and avoid police checkpoints, as the car was carrying stolen goods. The vehicle was illegally overloaded, with items strapped to its roof and two bicycles mounted on the back without proper signaling or the additional license plate required by Spanish law for any vehicle transporting goods on its rear.

This was the decision made by the Charlie-Xavier family after feeling the justice system closing in on them. Both are facing numerous complaints in civil and criminal matters, including an eviction order that was about to take effect within days, a criminal complaint for physical assault causing injury, and theft of electricity and water.

Soon, you will learn in detail the full extent of these complaints, which forced these Rats to leave the country in haste—a country they will not be able to return to due to the arrest warrant issued against them.
