The couple Alaska and Charlie Xavier is buried in debt, with creditors constantly knocking at their door. But why do they think they left Spain? Perhaps in search of a brilliant job opportunity for one of them in another country?
This couple was forced to flee. Their lives were entangled in legal troubles, including charges for fraud, assault, unpaid rent, theft of electricity and water, and a long list of other crimes. All of this made their existence in Spain nearly impossible.
After Charlie testified to the National Police regarding the criminal complaint for physically assaulting the owner of the house they were occupying, they were informed of the gravity of the situation. Realizing the severity of their legal predicament, this criminal couple made the hasty decision to leave Spain. They knew that the conviction for these crimes would likely land them both in prison in the near future.
However, if they think their problems stayed behind when they crossed the border, they are gravely mistaken. All of the legal proceedings are still ongoing, many supported by private prosecutions and the involvement of Europol. And if they dare set foot back in Spain after being convicted, they will be arrested immediately and placed under judicial custody.
Alaska and Charlie, you’re always welcome in Spain. We’re waiting for you with open arms!
