Well, well, well, Alaska and Charlie. On July 18rd, you were declared in default because you couldn’t be bothered to show up in court to deal with the rent and expenses you owe to the owner of the Marbella property you decided to squat in.
The result?
You’ve been sentenced to pay all overdue rent and additional housing-related expenses, along with legal interest.
You’ve been ordered to cover all legal fees.
There’s a warrant for your arrest with your names on it, automatically renewed by the property owner so it’s always active, and it will be reported to Interpol since the debt exceeds €40,000.
On top of that, there are still more pending lawsuits, which will presumably result in new convictions and will only add to your growing list of offenses.
In other words: the party’s over.
